Arnie - to his friends.

He is known as Mr. Arnold to the 130+ foster kids or as "The Monster" in a million+ games and counting of monster tag.

Arnie has been married to Donna for 29 years. They have been foster parent for 20 years. They are the parents to 3 daughters and 3 sons. 4 of which are adopted from the foster care system.

He is the current Executive Director of the Maryland Resource Parent Assoc. He serves on various public policy committees on the state and national levels. His passion to serve Maryland foster families and the children is undeniable.
